2. Exchange Period
Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of receiving the product if they are not satisfied, with no reason required.
3. Exchange Conditions
Products requested for cancellation must be in a brand-new or unused condition,
suitable for resale, and include all original packaging, accessories, and manuals.
4. Exchange Request Process
Customers must submit an exchange request to Healthlifetrade via email and provide their order number.
5. Exchange Confirmation
Healthlifetrade will confirm within 24 hours of receiving the request whether the exchange can be processed and provide the customer with detailed instructions and important notes.

7. Shipping Costs
All shipping costs for exchanges are fully covered by Healthlifetrade. Customers do not need to pay any additional fees.

9. Exchange Processing
Products that meet the conditions will be replaced as soon as possible, typically within 2 business days.

If a product does not meet the exchange conditions, Healthlifetrade will contact the customer to explain the situation and arrange for the product to be returned or reject the exchange.
