This variety can get as tall as 6 ft, produces large fluffy crimson red blooms that can be used in floral arrangements, on top of burgundy foliage. Its rather striking in the garden among other plants. It's seeds are edible, gluten free, and can be used as a grain source or to make flower. Others use the seed as a high protein sprouting microgreen.
